For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
(John 1:17)
All of us go through times when problems feel too big to fix. Maybe it’s a dream that seems far out of reach, or a situation in your family, health, or work that looks too complicated to ever work out. You’ve tried everything you know, but the answer still seems impossible. The good news is, when you gave your life to Christ, He placed His hand on you. That touch gives you an edge, a strength that makes the impossible possible. It’s what helps you rise above obstacles, fulfil dreams bigger than yourself, and push through problems that seem permanent. This is nothing more than what the Bible calls grace.
Grace is God’s favour working in your life. It gives you the courage to overcome obstacles, the strength to keep going, and the resources you need when the odds are against you. It opens doors you could never open on your own and connects you with the right people at the right time. I’m sure that if you go back in time and remember several situations that would have been very difficult or even impossible to happen and that happened supernaturally, you clearly recognise the good hand of God over your life. We both know it was not luck or coincidence. God’s grace is what turns impossibilities into testimonies.
When you honour God and put Him first, His grace rests on your life. That favour makes you unstoppable. Look at Joseph. His brothers threw him into a pit, and it looked like the end. But right on time, a caravan showed up that had been travelling for weeks—long before Joseph was ever in trouble. God had already arranged the solution before the problem began.
The same is true for you. What looks impossible, God has already lined up an answer for. Your “caravan” of freedom, healing, and breakthrough is on the way. The gracious hand of God surrounds you like a shield, keeping you safe and positioning you for victory.
Joseph was sold into slavery in Egypt, yet even there he rose to the top because of his excellence. He was put in charge of his master’s entire household. But when temptation came, Joseph stood strong. He refused to compromise, even though it cost him everything.
Falsely accused and thrown into prison, Joseph faced another setback. It looked like his story was over. But God’s favour doesn’t mean you won’t face trials—it means those trials won’t defeat you. The enemy doesn’t get the last word. Even in prison, Joseph’s excellence stood out, proving that God’s favour helps you rise above challenges. His wisdom in interpreting Pharaoh’s dream eventually elevated him to prime minister of Egypt. Likewise, grace on your life enables you to overcome obstacles, thrive despite opposition, and rise from the hardest situations. Favour doesn’t eliminate trouble, but it guarantees that difficulties cannot stop your progress—your breakthrough is already on its way.
Prayer: Father, thank You that Your grace is in my life. That Your favour is keeping enemies from defeating me, opening right doors, bringing the right people, causing me to go further than I ever imagined. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
