“Cast all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you.”

(1Pe 5.7)

According to the laws of physics, ‘two bodies cannot occupy the same space at the same time’. If you are filled up with harmful, hurtful, and unproductive thoughts or feelings, there’s no place for good expectations and attitudes. So, get rid of what is toxic and dare to exchange it for faith-filled thoughts that lift you up and help you keep communion with the Holy Spirit.

However, we know this is not an easy attitude. We don’t change habits overnight. Some steps have to be taken in a new direction. If you are stressed due to the struggles in life or due to problems that you can find too hard to overcome, pray and ask for God’s help. You will be amazed at what He can do.

You may be worried about losing your job, getting over health problems, solving difficult family relationships, accepting your plans not going as expected or listening to what people may be saying about you.  Rather than being worried, take some time to thank and worship God. Show Him you trust and count on His goodness, protection, and provision.

If you do not find time to be with God and it bothers you, ask Him to teach you how to give your energy and time to things that will bring you joy and peace rather than status or success.

God does take care of you. He loves you. So, cast all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you (1 Pe 5.7). When you deep inside believe this truth, all concerns and worries are replaced by happiness, peace, and gratitude for you know you are not by yourself.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank you and praise you because I know you’re strong and powerful enough to defend me and to supply everything I need for today and each day to come. Help me change myself so that I do not get stressed out with anything. Instead, I give all my concerns to you and ask you to work all things together for my good.   In Jesus’ name, amen.

The Crisis Of Delay

According to Ecclesiastes 3:1, There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens. Didn’t Jesus know that taking longer where He was would prevent Him to see His friend Lazarus alive? Even though, He decided not to go there at the very moment He was asked to. Let’s consider Max Lucado’s reflection on this event.
